Lottix application privacy policy.

Lottix may process professional account information such as name, login identifier, role, company, branch, or assigned machine.

The application may record operational data required for the service: tickets, sales, results, payouts, reports, sessions, authorized devices, and technical logs.

When scan or camera features are used, access is used to read tickets, codes, or items required for the operational flow. Personal phone files are not accessed without a voluntary user action.

Data is used to authenticate authorized users, run sales operations, track tickets, calculate payouts, produce reports, and secure access to the platform.

It may also be used for support, error prevention, abuse detection, internal auditing, and improving application stability.

On Android, Lottix uses Google Analytics for Firebase. Collection is enabled at startup to measure application usage and help improve how the application works.

This measurement includes app opens, sessions, time spent using the app, and screens viewed, along with technical information such as the app version, operating system, and device model. The service uses an app-instance identifier and, when available, the Android advertising identifier. It may derive approximate location from the IP address.

The navigation events added by Lottix send generic screen names, without ticket identifiers, customer names, played numbers, or amounts. Lottix does not set a custom user identifier for Analytics. The service’s automatic events and properties remain enabled.

Operational information may be visible to administrators of the business using Lottix, according to configured roles and permissions.

We do not sell personal data. Technical providers may process limited data only to host, maintain, secure, support the service, or measure its use. Google processes usage measurement data through Google Analytics for Firebase.

Information may be disclosed when required by law or to protect the platform, users, and authorized operations.

Data is retained as long as needed to provide the service, meet operational obligations, maintain business reports, and manage support requests.

A user or business may request access, correction, account deactivation, or deletion of applicable data through the contacts listed below.

Lottix applies role-based access controls, user sessions, authorized devices, and technical measures designed to reduce unauthorized access.

No system is perfectly guaranteed, but we limit data access to people and services that need it to operate Lottix.

Lottix is intended for professional use by businesses and authorized users. The application is not intended for children.
